Balls, bands, and bells: Add variety to your workouts while meeting your goals. Learn how to use the most under-utilized equipment in the club.
POWER BURN: FAT BURN and MUSCLE BUILD to the MAX! 45 minutes of keeping your heart rate and your calorie burn high in this training by adding in body-weight cardio intervals between strength exercises. The cardio interval makes this a routine that can definitely improve your cardiovascular endurance as well as your strength. Fun, lound, and powerful!
Sports Express: Agility and Strength training in a half hour express class. Sweat and build strenght with speed & agility ladders, TRX suspension cables, jump rope, and body weight exercises. These exercises are used by athletes around the world!
F.H.I.I.T.: Focuses on high intensity interval training. Designed to deliver benefits in a short period of time. The class will have modifications for beginners and advanced moves for those who need to be challenged, so all levels are welcome!
