I want to thank you for working out Taylor this summer. We saw improvements in her speed and her lower body strength. she was much stronger in the corners this summer and didn't fall as much! She was also able to keep up with some fast players and even beat some. With that said, what kind of specials are there going on? All of us would like Taylor to continue the training with you. When I walked in the gym at 6:25 AM on my first day training with Greg I didn't know what to expect. Before we started, he took down each of our individual goals for what we wanted to accomplish during the process of our training, then we took measurements of our body so we could help track the progress. Before we started working out Greg gave demonstrations and pointers of what should feel while doing each set while highly stressing the proper ways to stay safe and avoid injuries. Over the next 12 weeks of training, I was tested to my limit each day. I learned countless exercises and certain techniques that I still use every time I'm in the gym. Greg made everyday fun by having fitness challenges at the end of workout where we would compete against our peers in a tournament like fashion. Aside from it genuinely being fun and having something to look forward to, I made legit and almost shocking progress. I crushed all my goals and began to succeed at them, all thanks to Greg.

My teammates and I have Greg as a trainer for the past 2 years in the hockey off season. He pushed and challenged us every time we were in the weight room. I was always competing and playing games during our spring and fall training periods. Greg was flexible to keep me game ready. He really pushed us to be consistent since our workout time was early in the morning before school. The consistency part is so important if you want to get better. The gains I made from the start to where I'm at now are huge. Greg made the workouts fun especially being in a group.

Greg was an awesome coach! He was always there and had everything prepped for us. His workout plans were outstanding. I felt myself get way stronger in the months we were working out. The workouts were fun too. Greg pushed me to be a better athlete. I really appreciated having Greg as a coach. Would recommended working out with him.

While returning home from college. Kendra & Ashley hired me to design a summer season prep program for them to train together. Preparing for their upcoming college hockey season. The program was formatted x2-3 days a week for the duration of their summer break, before heading back to the University of Wisconsis River Falls.

Ty Kosek has one of the most inspirational stories to come out of this facility. He was an athlete that played very sparingly as a junior. Wow what a senior season he had! Ty really left his mark on Buffalo Bison Football. He ended up all Tim Single Season Ranked 4th in Receptions in a season with 60 and 6th in single season Receiving yards with 687 plus many other prominent honors. During the season I would assist him with breaking down tape on Saturday mornings and worked on exercises to improve his performance through nagging injuries to keep him out on the field

Kody Curtis started training with me in the Off season after his junior year, as he wanted to focus on building up his conditioning to help him enhance his stamina during his football games. His program was 2 days a week before school, the program was focused on HIIT style conditioning and muscle endurance. I also used muscle therapy tools to help aid on his recovery. After a dominant senior season, he received an opportunity to play at UW River Falls, I am looking forward to following his journey.

Griffin took part in my Training programming for the "Off season Strength" & "Preseason Prep" 8-12 week sessions that I did for the Bison Hockey team. Over the past few years, He had made dramatic improvements in Body Composition alongside prominent strength gains turning himself into a bonifies Division One Lacrosse player.
