
RedZone Training
RedZone training is a 50-minute training session with instant intensity feedback using heart rate monitors so you can maximize your results. The training will consist of a variety of styles of Kickboxing, Endurance, and Strength. It is a large group training (maximum 12 people) with each session developed by master personal trainers and coached by experienced certified personal trainers. These sessions are designed to take clients through a progression of skill and intensity that will result in the best and quickest personal results.
It is about more than just the one-hour training session. We know you have 24 hours in a day and 7 days in a week. That is a lot of time outside of the club that you can undo all the good you have done with your training sessions, so we want to help give you the support you need to get the results you want.
WITH A REDZONE TRAINING MEMBERSHIP, YOU WILL RECEIVE:
- Monthly 15-minute meeting with Certified Personal Trainer to discuss your personal goals and needs so your sessions are personalized
- Weekly emails as a group from your trainer
- Weekly individual email from your trainer
- An In-Body testing every 4 weeks
REDZONE TRAINING TIMES:
Mondays- 5:00pm
Wednesdays- 9:00am & 5:00pm
Must sign up for each session at the Front Desk. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for the session, or you will be charged for that session.

8 Sessions : $85
12 Sessions: $105
Member Drop In: $15
Guest Drop In: $20
